Since forming in 2009, the South Carolina based 5 piece rock band KELEN HELLER has concentrated on bringing their brand of rock to the masses. After releasing their first EP with the radio hit "Redefine", and a horror inspired video to follow that was featured in Guitarworld, they began building their fan base and creating a buzz throughout the Southeastern territory which ultimately landed them a string of sold-out arena shows with Gun's N' Roses and Buckcherry.
saw the band winning the Rockstar Uproar festival opening slot, beating out 100's of other regional acts for the chance to play with bands like Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, In This Moment and POD.
was an even bigger year for the band with the release of their highly anticipated EP with Shinedown/Crossfade platinum selling producer Rick Beato. The single "Never Lived" and accompanying live video filmed at a sold out venue in their hometown have took the band to a mainstream level. The band also logged in their first national tour across the US in 2013, as well as scoring direct supporting slots for Sevendust and Halestorm on select dates.
took KELEN HELLER on the road nationally for most of the year supporting the success of "Never Lived", and their current EP. KH also went into the studio with famed producer Brett Hestla (Creed, Dark New Day, Framing Hanley) to produce a new song during down time from touring.
brings KH back to working again with famed producer Rick Beato to finish what will become a new album to be released early 2016. They have pounded the road touring this year taking very little time off. You can catch the live Kelen Heller spectacle on tour currently with Saliva throughout the rest of 2015 and on into 2016, as well as headlining their own shows throughout.
